Scott M. Graeff, Attorney (scott@covrettlaw.com)
Scott's practice is devoted to probate law, real estate, guardianships, and business formations. He graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo in 1993 with a B.A. degree in Biology. In 2002, he graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. Scott is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Michigan and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association.

Susan A. Maziar, Paralegal –(susan@covrettlaw.com)

Susan has been a paralegal with our firm since 2002.  She is a paralegal member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Paralegal Association of Northwest Ohio. Susan attended Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Under the attorneys’ supervision, Susan assists with estate and trust administrations. She prepares accountings and drafts the documents required to transfer assets without a probate for small estates as well as drafting Ohio Estate Tax Returns. 

Susan drafts wills, revocable living trusts, trust amendments, living wills, health care powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney, patient advocate forms, funeral arrangement representative forms, pre-nuptial agreements and various types of deeds.

Peter graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science. His responsibilities include assisting the attorneys with drafting legal and court documents, filing documents with the court system, research, managing the accounts receivable, maintaining client files, composing letters and managing financial records on estates, trusts and guardianships.
